Ich freue mich sehr, mitteilen zu können, dass die Entwicklungsphase des pillspensers endlich ein vorzeigbares Stadium erreicht hat!
Gestern habe ich die Produktion einer kleinen Charge in Auftrag gegeben, um ein paar Interessenten mit ihrem ersten pillspenser zu versorgen. Ich hoffe, dass diese erste Charge ordentlich auf Herz und Nieren getestet wird, um noch potentielle letzte Verbesserungen zu entdecken oder andererseits ein paar positive Bewertungen zu erhalten.
Falls Du zu den ersten Testern gehören möchtest, melde Dich gerne bei mir und ich gebe mein bestes Dir dies zu ermöglichen. Leider kann ich nichts versprechen, da ich in dieser Phase nur weniger pillspenser produziere.
Diese erste Charge wird von FASTPART, einem Unternehmen aus Berlin, hergestellt. Ich bin sehr erfreut über die fantastische Zusammenarbeit und kann es kaum erwarten das fertige Produkt in den Händen zu halten.
Um die Anfangsinvestitionen gering zu halten, habe ich mich für das Vakuumgießverfahren entschieden. Das bedeutet allerdings, dass ich mein gewähltes Material noch nicht verwenden kann - einen Biokunststoff, der bis zu 80 % aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen besteht, sich toll anfühlt und zu 100 % recycelbar ist.
Dieses Material wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt im Spritzgussverfahren für die Herstellung aller folgenden pillspenser verwendet werden. Für diesen Schritt des Prozesses habe ich ein tolles Unternehmen gefunden, das ebenfalls in Berlin ansässig ist. Die DINO AG ist ein großartiger Partner in allen Fragen des Spritzgießens und ich freue mich sehr darauf, gemeinsam die Produktion des pillspensers zu beginnen.

I am very pleased to announce that the development phase of the pillspenser has finally reached a presentable stage!
Yesterday, I commissioned the production of a small batch to supply a few interested parties with their first pillspenser. I hope that this first batch will be thoroughly tested to discover any potential final improvements or, on the other hand, to receive a few positive reviews.
If you would like to be one of the first testers, please contact me and I will do my best to make this possible for you. Unfortunately, I cannot promise anything, as I am only producing a limited number of pillspensers at this stage.
This first batch is being manufactured by FASTPART, a company based in Berlin. I am very pleased with the fantastic collaboration and can hardly wait to hold the finished product in my hands.
To keep the initial investment low, I opted for the vacuum casting process. However, this means that I cannot yet use my chosen material—a bioplastic that consists of up to 80% renewable raw materials, feels great, and is 100% recyclable.
This material will be used at a later stage in the injection molding process for the production of all subsequent pillspensers. For this step in the process, I have found a great company that is also based in Berlin. DINO AG is a fantastic partner for all aspects of injection molding, and I am very much looking forward to starting production of the pillspenser together.
